DIY Inspiration: Neon Action Figures with Flowers

Continuing my recent infatuation with small plastic children's toys, I'm about to go buy out Goodwill's supply of action figures and spray paint the heck out of them. Then stick flowers in them. Why, you ask? Because dangit, they're too freakin' adorable. The double-headed one with double flowers just kills me.
